Delivery Timelines
Same Day Delivery (Dubai)
We offer same-day delivery within Dubai. To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 7:00 PM. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the following day.
Standard Delivery (UAE)
For deliveries outside of Dubai but within the UAE, our standard delivery time is approximately 30+ hours. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, and we will provide tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Conditions
- Order Cut-Off Time: To avail of same-day delivery within Dubai, please ensure your order is placed before 7:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.
- Delivery Areas:
- Dubai: Same-day delivery available.
- Rest of UAE: Standard delivery takes approximately 30+ hours.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout. Any additional charges for express shipping or special handling will also be clearly indicated.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please use this information to track your delivery.
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package twice. If you are unavailable to receive the package on both attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Vapor Lab Electronics Trading LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Order Tracking: You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in the delivery confirmation email.
